The Centre’s library is a haven for collection of unique Alternative Dispute
Resolution titles, journals and books for reference purposes ONLY. Parties and other
users are encouraged to utilize the library space provided for research.

REFERENCING LIBRARY
HEARING ROOM
The Centre has well equipped hearing rooms with capacity to sit between five to twenty one persons where necessary. Each room is equipped with individual microphones connected to a central taping system for use where parties opt to record proceedings. Additional hearing room to sit larger numbers is under construction. There are also provided fire proof safes for storing of documents where necessary.

SEMINAR/CONFERENCE HALL
The Centre provides a very spacious and well equipped hall with seating capacity of between seventy and one hundred persons; depending on the arrangement desired. The space could be utilized for lectures, workshops, seminars or conferences as desired with necessary partitioning possible.
MEETING/MEDIATION ROOMS
There are meeting rooms where Conciliation and Mediation proceedings can be held each with capacity to sit between twenty to twenty-four persons.

RESOURCE ROOM
The Centre’s resource room is equipped with fourteen individual compartmented self-
use computers which are internet ready. Visitors to the Centre and parties to
Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings may use this facility for electronic mailing
and other correspondences, browsing, research purposes and other related
services.

COFFEE LOUNGE /DINNING
There is a dining facility in the Centre which accommodates up to forty persons;
however provisions can be made to accommodate up to sixty persons at
lunch. Request for lunch during proceedings held at the Centre must be notified at
least 24 hours before the day the service is required.
